Continuing My Learning: A Cornell University Course in Family Estrangement and Reconciliation
I’m pleased to share that I have completed a course with Cornell University focused on family estrangement and reconciliation for professionals.
This learning experience has strengthened my understanding of the complex emotions, patterns, and challenges that can arise in family relationships. It will further support my compassionate, trauma-informed approach when helping people process hurt, rebuild boundaries, and move towards healthier connections.
A meaningful step in continued learning
Continuing to develop my knowledge is an important part of offering thoughtful and informed coaching. I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn from Cornell University and to apply these insights in my work supporting adults affected by difficult family dynamics.
