Services

As a relationship coach specialising in family estrangement, absent father syndrome and addiction, I offer one to one sessions, groups and daily check-in sessions. I also organise workshops and weekend retreats. 

Children not talking to me

One to One Sessions

I provide weekly or twice weekly coaching on a one to one basis consisting of 50 minute sessions. These sessions are designed to discuss your situation and leave the session with hope and the tools to use to help you grow and heal.

Check In Sessions

I provide a daily check in by telephone to offer ongoing regular support. These tend to be ten minute check ins with an option to extend if needs require. The calls are designed to keep you connected, remain focused on your goals and to help to make you consistent.

Weekend Retreats

I offer weekend getaways to explore relationship issues and increase self care with tools and activities to take home. These retreats are a safe space to explore new concepts of self care and share with like minded individuals. They are designed to promote growth and healing.
